We are looking for an Engagement Manager with expertise in IT and software engineering services to join our team in Ukraine.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with best-in-class engineering, digital innovation and design teams who will support you in shaping product vision. As an Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of key accounts with a focus on commercial management, new business development and delivery governance.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing clients with insights into the latest technology trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology-driven transformation projects across multiple domains
  • Identify, generate and assess new business opportunities with the support of our sales and pre-sales teams, create compelling proposals and presentations, establish senior relationships and help close deals
  • Shape and scope IT engagements, establish optimal operating models and project team structures and own the transitions from sales to delivery
  • Stay informed on emerging industry trends, unique market challenges and opportunities to help clients navigate business and digital transformation
  • Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships with clients, external partners and internal teams to drive business growth
  • Align with Business Unit goals, supporting revenue and profitability targets

Requirements

  • Proven history in key roles like Client Engagement Management, Delivery Partner, Client Partner, Account Management for software engineering and/or digital transformation services
  • A track record of successfully managing client engagements in dynamic environments, ensuring projects meet expectations and deliver value
  • Strong understanding and experience within the delivery of IT services
  • Experience managing client expectations across delivery and commercial topics
  • Experience working with clients in retail and consumer sector is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and creative-thinking abilities (consulting mindset
  • Experience in P/L ownership of the assigned area and responsible for growing the business by add-on sales with close client management (entrepreneurship mindset)
  • Ability to engage with and earn credibility from senior executives
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must and German is nice to have
  • Willingness to travel with the expectation of 2 days working on client site (Herzogenaurach)
